  • Ms. Drews oversees the growth strategy for all open-air shopping centers in the West, Southwest, Rocky Mountains, IL, IN, KY, MN and OH
  • Ms. Drews has over 20 years of retail asset management, leasing and finance experience with a Master of Business Administration from the SMU Cox School of Business.

  • Mr. Foster oversees the growth strategy for all open-air shopping center assets in the Southeast Region.
  • Mr. Foster has over 38 years of retail asset and property management, leasing and marketing experience and prior to joining RTL led the Asset Management team at Poag Shopping Centers.

  • Mr. Aburrow oversees the asset management and growth strategy for GNL’s open-air shopping center assets in the Midwest, KY, TX, and OK
  • Mr. Aburrow brings his more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience to GNL, including most recently as co-head of retail asset management for L&B Realty where he maintained comprehensive oversight of a retail portfolio with a gross asset value in excess of $600 million. Prior to that his career included leadership positions in acquisitions, retail asset management and leasing. He began his career in the real estate brokerage field.

  • Mr. Pillsbury oversees asset management and the growth strategy for GNL’s open-air shopping center assets in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and OH.
  • Mr. Pillsbury has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate leadership experience and, prior to joining GNL, was with CBRE as Director, Asset-Client Management where he was the single point of contact for over two million square feet of retail and office product and was the team lead for all leasing and property management functions. Mr. Pillsbury also brings previous industrial and retail leasing experience to GNL.

  • Ms. Duvall oversees and directs all construction projects, budgets and delivery timelines. She also ensures that all contractors adhere to design specifications and building codes.
  • Ms. Duvall has more than two decades of commercial construction experience through her leadership positions in retail project management, and as a project engineer with budgeting, value engineering and project management experience.
  • Prior to joining GNL Ms. Duvall was with Washington Prime Group for ten years as Director of Construction where she managed pre-construction and construction activities and oversaw activities associated with the redevelopment of the firm’s assets.

  • Mr. Kanik oversees and directs all property management responsibilities for our multi-tenant portfolio. He is responsible for setting goals for each property and the portfolio as a whole, establishing timelines and guidelines for third party vendors and the internal team.
  • Mr. Kanik has over 20 years of commercial real estate and retail property management experience.
  • Prior to joining GNL, Mr. Kanik was Director of Property Management for Simon Konover Company and before that was with Regency Centers and Highwoods Properties.
